Nintendo Direct Scheduled for February 13

A new Nintendo Direct is scheduled to broadcast on Thursday, Feb. 13, at 2 p.m. PT/5 p.m. ET, Nintendo announced today.

The video will highlight the various Wii U and 3DS games that Nintendo anticipates will launch ahead of the summer quarter.

During a similar Nintendo Direct held around this time last year, Nintendo announced the Year of Luigi theme, which may be about to conclude if Luigi follows the rules. There is no mention of the impending anniversary on the site, so it may pass without comment.

The Nintendo Direct presentation closely follows a presentation Satoru Iwata made to the company's shareholders at the end of January. Tomorrow's video is for the benefit of consumers.
