Titanfall Beta Running at 792p

The now-live beta build of the upcoming Titanfall has been confirmed to be running at a resolution of 1408x792.

Dedicated pixel-counters at Eurogamer first estimated the unusual resolution after scrutinising the beta's tutorial section; the figure was quickly confirmed by Respawn's community manager Abbie Heppe, as noted on the Titanfall Blog.

This is not necessarily a locked-in number, though. Heppe said that the resolution was likely to increase as the developers worked towards a final build, and that the final figure could be in range of 900p native resolution.

The minimum system requirements for Titanfall were unveiled last week. Additionally, Microsoft is currently working on an Xbox One update to prepare console players for Titanfall.
