Take control of a heroic janitor in the acclaimed indie platformer Dustforce when the digital download title hits PlayStation 3 and Vita later today in North America (tomorrow in Europe) courtesy of Capcom. An Xbox 360 version is coming soon.
Priced at $9.99 US, Dustforce is a 2D platformer focused on acrobatics that originally came out on PC and Mac in 2012, developed by Hitbox Team. In addition to the 56 single-player levels and 10 multiplayer ones that were in the original, Dustforce on PS3 and Vita features online multiplayer, cross-play and save, trophies, and replay saving (for PS3 only). The PS3, Vita, and Xbox 360 versions are developed by QLOC.
Dustforce is part of the PS Vita Play 2014 promotion in North America, meaning you can save varying degrees of money if you buy Dustforce, OlliOlli, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z, and TxK in addition to Dustforce. It is also discounted to $7.99 US if you're a PlayStation Plus member.
IGN reviewed Dustforce favorably when it first came out on PC.
