Konami has confirmed that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 has been delayed in the Australia region.
The game is expected to retail in Australia on March 6, instead of the originally planned February 28 release.
According to a local Konami spokesperson, the release postponement is due to a "shipping delay." It's unclear if the PC version on Steam will also be delayed to match the new release date of the physical copies. We have contacted local Konami representatives and will update this story if we learn anything more.
Our preview of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 suggested that it had plenty of potential, though we worried about the portrayal of Dracula. Konami recently released the demo on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, in case you'd like to check it out and decide for yourself.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is set in an open, modern day world. Gamers will get to play as Dracula for the first time, and will uncover the secrets behind the Lords of Shadow saga.
