Recently, IGN Twitter fans chimed in on what they wanted from the future of wearable technology. Creativity reigned supreme with ideas ranging from Mass Effect's Omni Tools to smart contacts.
However, with wearable tech a little ways off, we decided to ask people what they saw as the future of smartphones.
@IGN full integration of the NFC digital wallet where I tap phone on the reader and enter my pin. I already take it everywhere #Walletless

@IGN Definitely NFC. I feel like it has tons of untapped potential, we just need to think of clever ways to take advantage of it.

@IGN I'm hoping we can finally see smart wallets like Japanese mobiles have been using since at least 2005. Makes life so much easier!
— AussieinJapan (@AussieinJapan) February 4, 2014
@IGN I'm tired of seeing phone manufacturers disregard battery life in favour of a thin profile. Give me a phone that lasts 24+ hours!
— Jordan Marsden (@jordanmarsden) February 4, 2014
@IGN Crazy long battery life. Like a weeks amount of everyday use.
— Roberto Rosas (@TheOnlyComment) February 4, 2014
@IGN Battery life would be AWESOME!
— Joel Witcosky (@J7W) February 4, 2014
@eightyk88 @DillonWizard @IGN If you could tell me how to put someone's personality on my phone and switch it with Siri, you'd be brilliant
— Curtis Howard (@CurtisHoward64) February 4, 2014
@CurtisHoward64 @IGN Scarlett Johansson's voice to fall in love with.
— Dillon Wilson (@DillonWizard) February 4, 2014
@IGN I guess holographic imagery wouldn't be bad
— Marco Juliano (@Marco_JLNO) February 4, 2014
@IGN holograms. Just because.
— rusty (@BringerOfPlenty) February 4, 2014
@IGN I would love to see a smaller bill
— EmotionalGamer (@emotional_gamer) February 4, 2014
